Back in January, on a snowy winter’s day, some of the guys from Urban Beach and Reef left the seaside behind and ventured up to the big city. Sipsmith Founders. They openly shared with us how they handmade in small batches London Dry Gin & Barley Vodka using carefully selected botanicals, barley and pure water from Lydwell Springs. Then with a little help from ‘Prudence’ their handmade copper-pot still- the 1st in London for 189 year – an intense, aromatic & pure spirit is created. Their passion & enthusiasm was evident & inspiring to us and we feel proud to sell their product at both bars. Please come try them! Of course the rest of the day was not spent sitting by a log fire in a rustic London pub drinking London Pride or having snow ball fights!!
